Bad Moods

November 11, 2018

Where do bad moods come from?

  • From waiting.
  • From repeating a fruitless conversation in the mind.
  • From indecisiveness.
  • From comparing with others.
  • From postponing feeling emotions.
  • From not acting.
  • From forcing oneself to something.
  • From not moving.
  • From staying in a contagious environment.

Once it’s clear, it’s fairly easy to change.
